I am trying to access TV listings on your website. What I get is listings for Dallas, Texas, when in fact I live in NY. I checked my profile and all seems to be correct. Any explanation? I would love to record shows from my computer.
I am sorry to hear about the troubles you are having with getting the wrong channels. There could be a couple of things causing this, but we would need more information.
1) Are you signing in with your username for your current FIOS service? You know its tied into the correct account by looking at the billing information after signing in
2)Are you immediately just going to the channel listings, or are you signing in and then going to listings?
3)Have you tried accessing it from multiple computers?
4)Have you tried accessing it from other browsers?

I am having the same problem- live in NY getting Dallas listings and time setting. I have logged into my account before going to the listings. I have also tried resetting my address. I have also tried different browsers. Very frustrating.
