I'm hoping that someone who works for Verizon,and can help, is reading this. I'm literally on hold for my 4th call to verizon customer service trying to get the promised multi-room dvr delivered and the $50 equipment fee credit. First call to renew 2 year contract was made on 7/4/17, second 7/25, and third 8/9. Today, when "repairs" returned my scheduled call back (have no idea how that happened), they said 3rd rep scheduled dvr for pick up, when I specifically, and for the 3rd time, asked that it be delivered. At this point, I'm so frustrated that I wished I had just cancelled my service, especially as I sit on hold, again.
