Yesterday my property was damaged by a Verizon bucket truck while they were at an appointment at my neighbors house. I didn't receive any notification from the technician in regards to the damage, but when I noticed it, I approached the technician to discuss. I politely asked for a Verizon Claims Phone Number and the tech would not assist me with the information.
I tried close to 10x to contact Verizon directly and was given the run around. One agent even gave me a phone number that turned out to be out of service. I can't get in touch with anyone directly to speak about the incident.
Does anyone know how to speak to someone or if Verizon has a claims phone number?
