New House Connection Help!

I currently moving to another house and we wondering how the fios would be setup. Each room in the house already has a coax plug on the walls. I know basically i just have to connect the coax to the back of the verizon router and a ethernet cable from the router to the computer. But what about the other rooms without the routers? Do i ask for another router from version for the other room? I need the fios internet to be upstairs and in the bacement and i dont wanna use the wireless option. So i was just wondering what i needed to do for both rooms 3rd floor room and basement floor to both get a wired connection. Thanks

To get a wired connection in both places, an Ethernet cord would need to be run from wherever the router is installed (basement or 3rd floor) to the other location. This can be done by anyone, doesn't need to be Verizon. Any handyman or electrician can do it. There is a charge for our tech to run the Ethernet cord and install the jack for it. There is another solution that you might find feasible, and which I employ in my own home. I have found that powerline adapters work quite well, and I have had no loss of speed. This is one such product (slightly cheaper at other outlets like Newegg or Amazon):

Just wondering how much does it normally cost to run Ethernet cable from top floor to the basement and is it run inside the house behind the walls?
