Does Verizon give credit for service outage?

Writing this with some low strength wifi signal from a neighbour because the Verizon wall box died 2 days ago. Repair was supposed to come out today 8-12. Someone call saying was now 12-1. It's 2 oclock now and nothing yet. Does Verizon give a credit for outages or missed service calls?

Not proactively, but if you call Billing once your service is back up you should be able to talk them into a credit for the length of time your service was down.
