I cannot believe how long it's taken me to find a way to compliment a Verizon employee!!! I hope this works!
I would like to compliment Robert {edited for privacy} out of your Buffalo office for FINALLY resolving an issue that could not be resolved after two separate Verizon chats online. Robert is the epitome of customer service, was thorough. I wish I had his direct number to call for future questions/service. You just don't find people like him very often - he is a keeper!
