I renewed my agreement with Fios online on Wednesday after seeing a nice offer on the Triple service package. I got an order confirmation and order number. I also had an online chat with a service rep who confirmed that the order was received.
24 hours + later, no email confirmation was sent. I found this a bit strange so I had another online chat with a rep who told me that the order was NOWHERE to be found.
If I go online now to place another renewal order, I am getting a different estimated total charge. I kept a print out of the original estimated charge as proof.
Help!! What should I do?!
