Damage to Hardwood Floors after FIOS Installation

Hi,

I had FIOS installed in my new apartment today. I noticed almost immediately after that there is now damage to my floors all along the wall where FIOS was installed. The agent was careless with his tools and ladder and ruined brand new floors. I can show that these floors were completely redone less than a week ago - this was not existing damage. How do I file a claim for the floors that I now have to pay to fix AGAIN? I attached pictures of the damage, and there is more that I didn't attach. Please help me out here.
