Anyone know what it means? All other FiOS services work - Verizon Customer service sucks! Can't get answers.
Red Internet light means it failed to get a connection, I would assume you can't get online because of this.
If you change out routers (old for new) will do this to you.
Did you change routers? if you did then use this process to get a green internet light.
If you are using the same modem you have always been using, then make sure you have a coax cable plugged into the back of the router, and then reboot it (turn off power for 30 seconds and turn it back on)
if that doesn't restore connection, then turn off your router, find your battery back up and reset it by holding down the two buttons until it beeps at you (usually 20 seconds) After the system light comes back, go turn your router back on.
