Damaged Verizon Utility Box

We have a damaged Verizon utility box near 170 Crestview Way, Yardley, PA 19067.

The utility box cover is broken and there is a hole left in the sidewalk and is a hazard to children playing nearby and people walking.

Could you please send someone to fix this
