Unable to redeem giftcards (as everyone else does)

Is this some type of trick or something? I see everybody has the same problem. They give you a phone number to redeem your rewards but nobody answers that phone. I've been trying to redeem that for days now and this "gift cards" expire in 10 days for me. They promise you all these things but they never tell you it's going to be a nightmare to make it happen. Just solve this problem, don't make me call another phone number, this something Verizon promised at the beginning.

So, I wrote previously that they offered me two 100$ gift cards and the link to access them didn't work and they never answer the phone number they give for that issue. Then I made a post in this forum and they "escalated" me to a private chat where they said the cards will come soon but guest what? they never did. And what are they saying me to do now? call the same phone number they told me at the beginning which they never answer. So, I'm like at the beginning again. This is an endless road apparently, just false publicity to catch new costumers. They create this impossible way to redeem the gifts on purpose. I don't care about the cards anymore, this was more like a self-test I'm dealing with because I don't accept people treating me like a fool. What they are going to say is they will go to escalate this and we on the same road again. Don't trust in these "promotions."
