Customize WiFi Network Name and Password?

We've just had service installed and so far the speeds are great.

When I log into the router through my web browser, I am able to get to the screen where I can change my wifi network name however, the password fields are grayed out and I am unable to change the password (to something simpler!).

It is an actiontex router.

Any ideas?

the name is under basic security

the password is under advanced security - when you get to advanced security select WPA2 and then you can change the pw.
