QIP 7100 2 Restart Cycle?

The electric breaker tripped, and once it was switched back on, the STB (QIP 7100 2) seems to be stuck on some sort of restart cycle. The little white light flashes, and then the circle around the power button, and 2 other lights, one being a little red one (that looks like a !) comes on, and then it all goes off. What is the problem?

It sounds like the electrical outage may have affected everything - ONT, router, STB - and they all need to be reset. Call Tech Support for the ONT reset, as sometimes they are able to retrieve log files that may be helpful. While you are on hold, try resetting the router and the STB after that; that might be all you need. Let us know how it turns out.
