Verizon worker damaged my driveway

Hi, I live in Lewis center, Ohio. Verizon fios cable installation team damaged my driveway. There is big bump and crack on the driveway. This happen while they drilling whole through the ground below my driveway. this happen around 08/24. I want to raise a complaint. Can any one help how to raise complaint for this kind of issue

Verizon Fios is not currently available in Ohio. Are you certain this was a Verizon installation team?

AT&T is the local telephone company for Lewis Center Ohio.

Could the construction crew have been employees of AT&T 🤔
