I found that the verizon wires to the properties at 437, 435 and 431 Rhawn Street in Philadelphia, PA were laying on the ground. It took me over 15 minutes to get to a human being to report the storm damage. I called verizon at 9:15 am and no one has put the wires up where they belong off the ground. If they get "broken" from human contact the three properties will be seriously affected. I traced the lines to the smaller phone box verizon uses for land lines and not the larger FIOS box next to it. One is a lawyers office and one is a very active real estate office. One would think that a 20 minute job would be attended to swiftly but I guess verizon is not the company it once was?!
