This used to be announcements about Verizon service and changes.

It appears to have been a temporary glitch as I got the announcement page just now. You may need to clear your browers.
What page are you getting now?
It shows 5 boxes titled:
Verizon SiteAdvisor Powered by McAfee
Verizon Parental Controls
Verizon Online Backup and Sharing
Verizon Security Scan Powered by McAfee
that look like:
It does not have the announcements it had before.
And now it is back the way it was.
