was online with agent for 20 min ordering another cable box. She says confirmed they have it at newtown store, go there they are wireless only and have no idea about order. I call 800 number they say one hours and 10 min wait time to talk to someone about recent order. I call back for complaint line they answer in 4 min but then put me on hold for 19 min and disconected. I call back --got same rep, unbelievalbe, said sorry will get supervisore jay ce wait 17 more min for him to say nothing he can do. I said mail me the box for free since you sent me to wrong store and now wasted 2 hours of my time. cj says thats impossiple and he is the highest supervisor and no one above him and can NOT give me his bosses name or another person I can talk to tommorow during bussiness hours now 6pm started at 330pm
