QIP7232 Problems

Hi,

Our HD-DVR was just replaced. Same problems. Can't watch OnDemand because the screen locks up. While watching recordings or live broadcasts, the screen blacks out for 30 seconds or so. Lastly... every so often, the box does not recognize the remote until I manually turn the box off and on.

This could be a deal breaker with FioS. If I can't get this resolved, we're going back to Comcast.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I feel your pain. I am a new customer and have the great new Motorola box, but the picture will freeze up randomly, as well as the box. I can sometimes change the channel, and then it powers down and takes a minute or so to re-start. Very annoying. My DirecTV box never gave me any problems. Time to get this BUG out of the software!
