Uni\que names for TV devices

Hi, I looked arround for about an hour to try and figure this out, maybe someone has a quick fix. I have 5 Verizon boxes, each on has a quirky name and serial number in the support pane. I would like to change that to "Kids Room" Den, Family room, etc, just to make trouble shooting a ltiitle easier and noit have to run upo and down stairs to find numbers.

Any clues ?

There is actually a feature that allows you to name your Set Top Boxes online.



Sign on to myverizon.com and click on My Services> My TV> Set Top Boxes. You should see a list of your Set Top Boxes and there is an option to rename the Set Top Box. I sent you a private message if you still need any assistance.
