There are many posts on this but no actual answers that I can find...
The contractor Verizon hired to bury the conduit for the Fios line cut an irrigation line. Unfortunately, we didn't notice it until our irrigation company did an inspection. They repaired it without asking and charged us $250.
How can I file a claim for reimbursement?
Also, it's been 3 months and Verizon hasn't come back to actually bury the line. This has been a terrible experience so far. Please help.
