not to mention the remote is just as glichy as the box lots of tiling recording abrutly end dvr just acts up and does not work like its suppose to and now THE NFL SEASON IS HERE AND HOW MANY GAMES WILL IT RUIN FOR WHEN ALL I CAN COUNT ON IS THIS GLICHY DANG BOX TO GIVE ME AND MANY OTHERS WHAT WE ARE PAYING HIGH DOLLAR FOR THIS GREAT SYSTEM ILL BE ASKING FOR BILLING ADJUSTING VERY SOON thx????? john nino

Tiling is the result of a poor signal leading up to the box. Its not a box problem. There's a connection that's not hitting right or it is a slightly damaged cable. Please unscrew the coax cord from the back of the Verizon SST and from the wall outlet. Make sure the tips is clear, straight, and free of corrosion. Once they are OK, please put on. Report back your findings.
