My daughter in Lakeville MA is trying to get a new FIOS internet service installed. The tech showed up last week Saturday but was unable to complete the installation due to an underground conduit is blocked. My daughter keeps getting the run around on when and if a contractor for Verizon will come out to unblock the conduit. The group may be the Buried wire service (BWS or BSW group) not sure of exact name. Does anyone Jane any suggestions or insight on who and how to contact the proper Verizon FIOS group to handle such a situation?
