I was excited to leave Cox and join Verizon Fios for internet over 2 years ago. I knew there would be promotions coming in the mail when Insaw their trucks out and about. After receiving an advertisement for a gift card in the mail I was quick to jump on board. I am very pleased with the service vice but I have yet to receive this gift card. How do I go about correcting this issue?
