Is there a way to change the frequency on my box or remote so that I can stop this from happening? I constantly battle with my box to change the channel back and forth.
The FiOS remote has no "frequency" tha can be changed -- it is IR not RF. The only way you neighbor's remote can control your STB if there is a line of site path from the remote to your STB. Is this the case?
