Advertising what isn't available

PLEAE STOP ADVERSTISING PRODUCTS THAT ARE NOT AVAILABLE IN MY AREA; HAVE NOT BEEN AVAILABLE IN MY NEIGHBORHOOD FOR 15 YEARS AND THERE IS NO PLAN TO UPGRADE THIS AREA!!!!!!!! Fios is not available here. It shocks your repreps in the stores everytime they offer me FIOS. I tell them it is not available in my area and they don't believe me. So I give them my address and sure enough. NOT AVAILABLE!!!!!!!!

I have been on the 'notice' list since about 2000 when I first upgraded to a computer that could handle it. I receive weekly ads in the mail OFFERING your tremendous deals on FIOS if I would only call and sign up.

Doesn't this fall under the government "Truth in Advertising' statutes? I am sick of it.

These mailings are typically handled by a third party.

And are probably done by zipcode. Are there other areas within your zipcode that can get FIOS?

I get mailings from COmcast, yet my address can't get it. But other areas within my zipcode can.

I just look at it as they are wasteing their money mailing me stuff.
