I had an interruption in service. Ever since the interruption I cannot get caller ID to display on the TV. I have tried each remote with the proper settings and chosen display.
From my own personal experience I've noticed it can be very finicky. Have you tried the following sequence?
Disable caller ID to the TV
Re-boot STB
Re-enable caller ID to the TV
That's worked for me in the past.
If that doesn't do the trick - try the "auto-fix" function from the "In-home Agent" menu option - you can select all STB's or individual STB's.
