I had a Moto 7232-P2 HD DVR and upgraded my services to use multi-room feature. I have SD Moto 2500 in kids bedrooms. I was told by Verizon that I couldn't use the Moto 7232-P2 for multi-room function so they sent me a Moto 7216-1 HD DVR. The 7216-1 seems to be working properly for multi-room, however, to my understanding the Moto 7232-P2 is also a multi-room HD DVR. Any suggestions on why I couldn't keep the 7232-P2 model instead of having to use the 7216-1??? Are their any known advantages/disadvantages of having one model over the other??? I was under the assumption that the 7232-P2 is a newer model and it had a 500 GB Hard Drive. Not sure what size of Hard Drive my 7216-1 has in it but I guess time will tell.
