Became a new customer in April. Spent hours of my life on the phone and with text support trying to get my 2 gifts of 100$. Finally they mail me verizon gift cards instead of VISA. What a sham! I had promised them to my daughter when they came. Now I'm on the hook for 200$ in visa to replace.
