50 gift card link broken for weeks

this link has been broken for weeks, tried chat , no agent appears, tried calling on hold forever, looked at board, and for the past 2 years many people have the same issues, is this a bait and switch? can i get my code via email please. someone please contact me via email. this is silly and disturbing.
