We sent our payment and it was paid through our bank on September 30th through bill pay Bank of America. No one is helping us resolve this issue as our payment was sent to the 1-bill Fios account that has just split to verizon wireless only! I paid Tthis account and they are supposed to send it to verizon wireless and it is still sitting there. We are EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED because no one is helping us fix and resolve this issue. As we are getting messages that our account is past due and it is NOT!
I have called and been transferred everywhere with NO HELP WHATSOEVER!!!
Please help us with this issue immediately or I will cancel this account altogether!!!!!!!!!!
