I was a Verizon customer after a bad experience with Verizon made me stop. Customer pay pre-billing, equipment rental and tech service fee. My case is multiple tech came over to fix my problem. Come to find out the other 3 technicians did nothing the 4 said wiring in the OMI was touching inside and the wire needed replaced. I have technical support added to my account and I have received a bill from Verizon for this $99 technical and $60 wiring fee. Verizon billed me made my account go $399 normally $228. Verizon said they would credit me what they added to my account so exactly what was the credit Verizon has added. No I am so disappointed and feel so disrespected. I want to return there equipment and leave Verizon period.
