A few weeks ago Verizon sent me a letter saying that they needed to replace a box in my basement--updated equipment. I made an appointment. They assured me--in writing--that my pricing and service would remain unchanged.
They installed the equipment--and my premium channels were gone. They said this happens sometimes and my only recourse is to buy a more expensive package. I pointed out the letter and said they promised service and pricing wouldn't change. They shrugged.
