Amazon Echo link not available

Hi,

I've seen a number of posts regarding the Amazon Echo link not being available in the MyVerizon Dashboard and I am having the same issue. I have connected to the online Chat and tried to call with no resolution. I think the issue is that I did not receive an Amazon Prime link so the Amazon Echo link is not displaying. I only see the Echo image and a link to "Learn More About My Offer" but not a redemption link. It would be great if the bug in displaying the link was fixed before the deadline for my redemption passes.
