FIOS TV Mutes Automatically

Hi All,

I got my FIOS recently and have the new set top boxes without the time display.

I have seen a very strange behaviour, when I watch a channel for say 15 minutes or more, the sound blinker for about 30 seconds and then gets mute. If I change channel or readjust the volume it becomes normal.

Has anyone else experienced this? It is so irritating at sometimes 😞
