Utility underground vault covers broken

I live in Creekside, we have at least 2 covers broken. Holes are deep enough for a child to disappear.

Not sure why Verizon makes reporting these issues for such a liability.

The two buildings I'm aware of are 2600 and 2800. May be more,, I'm on the board and will be walking the properly. This is something verizon should be doing.
