Looking for a number to directly talk to Verizon to schedule an appointment to move and rewire equipment/boxes from the second floor to the first floor. If the number is 1-800-837-4966, how can I bypass the machine to directly talk to a representative?

Hi, that's the right number, but try your best to put your number and head towards tech support. If you bypass the machine it doesn't know where you need to go and you might get transferred sev times by agents.

If you want to bypass the machine, just stay absolutely silent for about 3 minutes, and don't give the machine any responses, and it will time out and send you to someone (billing sales, repair etc.)
