Fios DVR App

I installed Fios DVr app and was working great. I then installed Fios remote app and the remote works great, but now both apps will not record TV shows. All that it is able to do is use the remote. It obviously can has connectivity to the STB. I think issue may be way router is set up. Any ideas?

It's likely not a problem with the router and more an issue with the port mapping on our end. I have sent you a private message to get more information from you.

Private messages are indicated in the upper right hand corner of this screen. Its an envelope and will indicate the number of new messages and generally in yellow when you have a new message.

I know where to look but I had to make a new username here becasue for some reason I could not get into the one I created. kept saying wrong username and password. I tried resetting and all but I had to create a new one.
