Property Damage from a Verizon line falling on top of my car

Hello. Can someone please help me? Last Friday evening an overhead line came down on top of my car while I was driving down the street. I thought it was a power line so I filed a claim with them. However, after days of investigation, I was told it was a Verizon line that fell. Who can I contact to file a claim to repair the damage to my car? Thank you.
