I'm so tired of calling tech support (who provide none). It's the crappy service FIOS is now providing. I was basically told that they are doing maintenance work which seems to occur everyday and there's nothing you can do about it. LOL, the tech guy told me that VOD is a free service and basically they don't have to provide it. I'm dropping FIOS as soon as TWC work out their issues with MSG. I'm tired of being treated like crap when I pay good money for service that I don't get.
I had a similar experience the other night, although my message was "VOD- 126 error". I tried several different programs to no avail. I went into the DVR menu and performed an auto-correct routine without much hope for success. To my surprise, it worked! I was then able to access the VOD I wanted to watch. YMMV. But that's the first thing I'll do if I get another VOD error message. Good luck.
