I have been going round and round for several months trying to get this fixed. I live in Baltimore, MD, but when I log in to my account, the local channels are all from Dallas, TX. When I click on any channel in the listing, I do not have the option to record. I have tried everything with the In Home Agent, Tech Support on the phone, online chat, and no one has a clue. Verizon's customer support has got to be the worst in the business. The DVR has also been changed out with no luck. When using my Android App, I get the message "No Set-Top Boxes associated with this account". It's really frustrating because everything used to work. I don't know what Verizon did, but they are about to lose a customer since they are not providing what I'm paying for. If anyone has any ideas, please let me know. Thanks.
