It seems the customer service reps are aware that there are no recourse for their actions. After being frustrated for lack of information on their website, I decided to try the chat option. I didn't want to be sold, I just needed info. Not only was I quoted 2 different prices for the same service, I was directed to a "send email" option for my complaints... There isn't a send email option. Great job Jean and Johnnita, way to hide behind a chat service. I'm sure you'll take this post as a compliment too.
