I received my new STB, and did the elf activation, how ever when I turn on the box I get an error code of MoCA ?? Does anyone know what this means ?
MoCA is the way that Verizon sends data (guide, widgets) and VOD to the box. It is an IP protocol over coax. Sounds like your box is not getting back to your router.
