fios hmdi stb cable box

I am so tired of trying to get this box to work with the remote I have had two new boxes and two remote. I started this Thurs. then I got a new box today still doesn't work. I have a samsung verizon tv 59" I also called samsung to help. They said verizon had to do this. We have gon with out since Thursday.
