Showtime Anytime not working correctly

I can log into my Showtime Anytime account, but when I click to watch anything it never loads. I get a black screen with a white circle going round and round in the right-lower corner, but the movie never loads. Any suggestions?

I am using a Mac with OS X

Same issue here, however it does work on my ipad. This is a PC/Mac issue only it seems..
