Like my 24 month contract ending this month and on Verzion home page under shop services for existing or new , Isince I am exsiting cistomer there is section clear as day sastates my triple play base cost and what I get in very brife detail . and it says if you wish to renew your current triple play and lock in this price for 24 moths click box below, it is as simple as that. Yet when I call to make sure that the final cost will after taxes an assume this lock in box will renew my current discounts etc. The reps who are cust ser specialist are not sure and claim they are unable to see my info which is on there own Verzion web page very frustrating, Nor do they answer does it mean as it says click box to continue lock in my low rate triple play pakg for another 2 yrs, All they want to do is inflate my service with premium shows etc which I dont want, all I want is to keep what I have and contune to pay what I have been monthly, And cant get answer if the click on mox to lock in my pcurrent pakg for another 2 yrs,
Also I see even lower triple play budles for new customers and assume existing $49.00 Totld call Retention Dept they will help you out renew plans, Some r rude and spoke with 3 diffrerent reps in this retention dept AKA loryal dept . and got 3 very different prices for my current plan. That's sad, I like to know is there a Upper management e mail address for Verzion Cust ser, management I can write to about my upsetting experinces?
