Since 12/4/17: Have been trying to modify our current TV and internet plan. Was given a great deal, but have yet to see the modifications. Have called and confirmed new mods five different times. Was told there is an issue with our account profile and IT would research. Was told account fixed, yet no mods in place. Was told issues with their system upgrade(s) and now fixed..yes, no mods in place. Been a customer for over 10 years and never had such a prolonged issue. Any suggestions?
