Verizon's online bill payment center is not working. There appears to be no way to let Verizon know they have a problem with their website. I've been unable to pay my bill for a couple days now. I even tried calling to pay over the phone and there's a 1 hour wait time. A phone company with a 1 hour hold time? An internet provider with a broken webpage?
I wanted to pay before the end of the month. I'm sometimes able to get the page where I type in my credit card info but then when I click "Submit" even that gets hung up with a "timeout expired bad gateway" error message. Dude.
