I have not been able to redeem my Amazon Prime and have not received any emails that I have received. I have tried the Chat Support no one was able to help. It is extremely frustrating that this reward is offered however, cannot be redeemed as it seems like several people are having the same issue. Can someone please help me resolve this issue and allow me to redeem the reward that was offered.
