My cable wire is down and hanging across my driveway. It’s very dangerous. Does anyone know how I can get it fixed? I can’t reach Verizon via phone, email or chat

You will need to call 1-800-VERIZON to report this.
I did already and I was on hold for an hour and a half and then disconnected.
This issue has been escalated to a Verizon agent.
