Is there any way to set the Media Manager so it stays fixed on one photo and doesn't run a slide show?

Hi, tia! There should be a pause button that will fix the slideshow on a single photograph without continuing the show. Does it show up for you?
Or were you looking for an option that wouldn't include other photos at all (e.g. as one might by essentially creating a "slideshow" of one photo)?

Thanks for the reply Leon.
It's the latter option I was looking for....being able to just display a single photo. If I create a photo album with just one .jpg file Media Manager displays it for a few sends and then closes it. I'm looking to work around that behavior.
